About HASR

HASR was founded in 1989 as the result of a study by the Social Task Force of Leadership Richardson citing the need for increased communication among nonprofit organizations serving the needs of our community.

Membership in HASR is open to any 501(c)3 organization which serves Richardson, RISD, and the surrounding community. Members include agencies which provide services and organizations which support social services within our community.

Associate members include individuals that are actively involved in serving their community by supporting collaborative efforts.
