Helping Agencies Serving Richardson ( H A S R ) is a coalition of social service agencies and supporters of social services in the City of Richardson, RISD, and the surrounding community.

The purpose of the organization is to improve the delivery of social services in the area by establishing a nonprofit forum for better communication, coordination, and cooperation among the agencies serving the community.

Increased communication, coordination, and cooperation improves access to services by those in need.
